Cloth bound. Dimensions are about 8" by 5.5". Top page edges are gilt. 

Cover, hinges, and binding are in-tact. Overall clean pages. Small dampstain to about 8 pages in the front, as shown. Small 1/4 inch tear to top of title page has been repaired to prevent further tearing, as shown. 

Signs of age include: light marks and edge wear to cover, and previous owner name, as shown.
